Living in Japan for nearly a decade exposed me to a new way of thinking and a new way of eating.  From Japan, I travelled to over 13 countries in 5 continents and this only added to my exposure.   Coming back to Jamaica I went in search of some of the tastes and culinary favourites that I had grown so accustomed to as part of my daily diet but quickly realized how futile a search it was. 

I began meeting other Jamaicans who had also lived in other countries and  decided to return home. They too really missed some "comfort foods" from abroad which could not be accessed easily in Jamaica Land We Love!

So in an effort to fill this gap Just Soup...and Bread was born where freshly made soup and artisan bread favourites from all over the world, using real food and organic ingredients would be made just for you.
